Overview
One of the core values of the Vineyard is “Partnering With the Holy Spirit.” We want our teens to begin to learn how to sense when the Spirit is moving in someone’s life and calling them to partner with him. A question we ask a lot in the Vineyard is, “what is the Father doing?” This course is designed to help teens grow in their awareness of when He is working, their confidence in God’s gifts inside of them, and in their boldness to join Him in ministry to others. There is practical teaching as well as opportunities for trying out what they are learning. We think that God is going to do great things in and through your teens as you give Him space to work supernaturally in your group!

WEEK 1: JESUS’ KINGDOM MESSAGE AND MINISTRY
We get to partner with Jesus in his kingdom message and ministry! Learn about his model of ministry, and how we can work with him in our daily lives.
WEEK 2: EMPOWERED BY THE SPIRIT
The same Spirit that empowered Jesus, empowers us. What does it look like for the Spirit to work in and through us?
WEEK 3: LEARNING TO FOLLOW THE SPIRIT
We can all learn to recognize what the Spirit is doing, and then partner with him in ministry. In the Vineyard we believe that “everyone gets to play” when it comes to ministry. Have you ever seen God moving through you? How can you learn to recognize it more often?
WEEK 4: WHAT DOES PARTNERSHIP LOOK LIKE?
Once we learn to recognize when the Spirit is at work, we can learn to partner with him. And partnership almost always looks like risk! How can we learn to be bold and take the risks that will allow us to experience the amazing life of partnering with the Spirit in ministry!
Putty Putman
Putty started the School of Kingdom Ministry, and oversees the healing, prophetic, deliverance, and evangelism ministries at The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois. Putty was pursuing a doctoral degree in theoretical physics at the University of Illinois when God thrust him headfirst into the supernatural. After a dramatic supernatural encounter in China, Putty began to gather and train people in power ministry and pursuing an intimate relationship with God. What began with four people as a small group grew to multiple groups, then the first campus of the School of Kingdom Ministry, and now multiple locations around the world. He is a gifted communicator with a powerful message of identity.
